Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a naturally occurring
compound found predominately in cruciferous vegetables. The primary
clinical application of DIM is to support healthy estrogen metabolism,
through the production of 2-hydroxyestrone estrogen metabolites, rather
than conversion of 16-hydroxyestrone estrogen metabolites.* The
production of 2-hydroestrone has been identified as a key factor of
endocrine balance in both men and women, by demonstrating a lower
affinity for estrogen receptors.
A healthy balance of estrogen,
testosterone and progesterone support skin, prostate, ovarian, breast,
skeletal, joint and cardiovascular health.* These also impact lean body
mass, fat metabolism, body composition, libido, and the aging process
Suggested Use: Take 1 teaspoon daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Shake before using.
